1. Place Your Order – Once you select your album, we’ll send you an email with a link to upload all the photos you’d like included.

We want your album to be as unique as your memories. If you have any special requests, let us know—we’re happy to customize your design to make it truly yours.

Personalization Options includes:

• Custom cover designs to reflect your wedding or personal style.
• Photo arrangement preferences—tell us the order that best tells your story.
• Any other creative ideas you have.

2. Receive Your Personalized Mock-Up – Within three business days, we’ll send you a draft layout of your album, including cover options and page designs.

3. Customize to Perfection – You have unlimited revisions! You can rearrange photos, swap images, or specify where you’d like them placed. Want to include quotes, vows, letters, or special messages for your baby to read one day? We have dedicated pages just for that.

Final Approval & Delivery – Once you approve the design, your completed album will be delivered within 30 days.

We ship worldwide! After draft approval, the album will be shipped within 14 - 20 days. All albums are shipped out from Vancouver BC Canada! Final shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
