We currently offer one size: 8.5" x 12", with a substantial weight of 2.5kg—making it the perfect coffee table book.
How Do I Create My Custom Album?
Upload your favorite wedding or maternity photos using the Dropbox link sent in your confirmation email, then select your cover. We’ll take care of the design, crafting a beautiful layout just for you. Sit back, relax, and receive your draft within three business days!
Do You Offer Design Assistance?
Yes! We offer a digital proof so you can see your layout before it goes to print. You may edit the draft as many times as you would like until it is perfect.
Can I Add Text to my Album?
Yes! You can add captions, dates, or special messages to personalize your album.
Can I Cancel My Designer Reservation and Receive a Refund?
Yes, if no design work has been started, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund of your designer reservation fee.
Once our designer has begun working on your album and a draft has been provided, the designer reservation fee becomes non-refundable. This fee covers the time and expertise invested in creating your custom album design, including your dedicated designer, layout creation, and unlimited revisions.

How Long Does It Take to Receive my Order?
Orders will be received within 5 weeks of draft approval.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes! We offer world wide shipping. Rates and delivery times vary based on location.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Are Duties and Import Taxes Included?
No. Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or other fees charged by your country's customs office are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs authority. We recommend checking with your country's customs office before placing your order if you have any questions about potential import fees.
